HEALING FOODS

A series of pamphlets addressing specific health issues through diet. A healing foods diet is rich in diverse nutritious whole foods, including vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, healthy fats and fruits.

 

A diet to maintain good health or a journey back to health is based on naturally produced foods grown in a farming system with a flourishing soil biology and sourcing as much locally produced food as is possible.

 

There are also pamphlets on growing your own plants, minimising waste and how to eat well on a budget. All pamphlets include recipes and resources.
