ROOM AVAILABILITY
Your room will be available from 4.00pm on day of arrivals
Please vacate your room by 11.00 am on day of departure.

PAYMENT
By BAC's transfer in full before arrival
The Trust bank details will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

LIABILITY
The Trust does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any guest, vehicle or possession unless proven to be a negligent act by ourselves.

CANCELLATION
By making your booking the agreement is a legal contract and in general payment non refundable, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If we have to cancel your reservation for reasons beyond our control we would refund all monies paid by you but our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
