A TASTE OF CHANGE
Climate Table - A Taste of Change emerged from a 20 year collaboration between Daphne Lambert & Miche Fabre Lewin as Soil Sisters and later between Greencuisine Trust’s project Climate Kitchen & Living Justice.
Their ongoing conversations led them to seek a residency space that would enable them to inquire into and explore further the transformative power of food and art in relationship to communities and ecology of place.
Alicia from Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking, with whom they had a long relationship, offered them the ideal residency space for healing nutrition, ritual arts & honouring spirit of land.
Their partnership with Hawkwood gave them the opportunity to grow their practices placing the matter of food at the heart of healing and action to restore communities of wellbeing, justice and thriving biodiversity.
