A TASTE OF CHANGE
A Taste of Change is a pioneering ecological arts and culinary research residency conceived by long-term collaborators Miche Fabre Lewin, arts and liberatory ritual practitioner & Daphne Lambert, eco-nutritionist, educator and chef, with Flora Gathorne-Hardy. Their first research residency - Climate Table - A Taste of Change took place in September 2025 at Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking in Stroud. The week long residency culminated in an enlivening food experience sharing food and conversations around the table.
The residency was made possible through various funding streams including Greencuisine Trust, Hawkwood and Sheepdrove Trust.
